I'll admit, I felt nervous. Wreck diving requires extra care. But the team at **Amadive** was absolutely professional. The PADI instructors gave us a very thorough safety briefing. We discussed our safety procedures, the story of the wreck, and what to expect below. The fact we were in a small group immediately made me feel safe.

Descending was unforgettable. At first, it was just a dark shape in the distance, and then the ship appeared. It is massive. It's now a bustling new home, covered in corals and teeming with fish. We saw giant groupers hiding from inside the hull, and lionfish patrolling the superstructure. The feeling of gliding next to this silent, ghostly structure is indescribable—haunting, awe-inspiring, and humbling at the same time. It's a time capsule on the seabed.

If you're an Open Water diver (or higher) coming to Con Dao and seeking an adventure more the standard reef, check here I cannot recommend this **Con Dao wreck dive** enough.
